European Survey on Quality Management in Educational and Training Organisations

The Leonardo da Vinci project SAETO will develop software supporting self-assessment processes in organisations of general and vocational education and training. The newly developed tool will be based on existing software (GOA-WorkBench®) formally recognised by the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). It supports the conducting of inquiries and instant data analysis. Although the SAETO product is based on the criteria and questions of the EFQM Excellence Model, it will support self-assessment in whatever quality context.

The present survey among education and training providers will collect, analyse and consider your needs and views on the subject for the tool development. The survey is conducted with the already mentioned GOA-WorkBench® software tool. We would warmly welcome your participation.
